Pastoral Care Training, January 29th

Father Ed will be conducting training for the Pastoral Care Ministry on Saturday, January 29, 10 AM-Noon, at Elisha House.
“Pastoral Care is a two-hour preliminary training covering the very basics of hospital or shut-in visitations. We aim to create multiple teams of two for the visits. If Jesus sent disciples out two by two, maybe, just maybe we should do the same.
If you think you might be interested in this ministry please come to the training and find out. We only want those who feel they are called to this type of ministry. We want to create teams for rotation of visiting so no one feels put upon for this ministry and we only ask for a one-year commitment from you, at the most.
