Membership Directory and Prayer List
A password is required to access the membership directory and prayer list to protect the privacy of parishioners.
Contact webmaster@allsaintsanglican.net if you need a password.

Prayer List - click the link to download the Prayer List or complete the form at the bottom of the page to add a name to the list.
Membership Form
New members wishing to join the All Saints’ family, download the form to complete in Word. Current members may use this form to update the records, filling in only the fields that have changed.
Please save the completed form to your computer and e-mail a copy to webmaster@allsaintsanglican.net. If you have a problem completing the form in your word processor, you may print the form, complete it by hand, and mail or deliver it to the All Saints office.
Manuals
You may download PDF manuals for various manuals by clicking on the links below. You will be asked for a username and password, which is the same as for the roster and prayer list.
Facilities Use Form
You may download and complete a form to use the facilities of All Saints Anglican Church. The form includes the policies associated with facilities use. Submit the completed form to secretary@allsaintsanglican.net or print and mail or deliver to the church office.
Add a Name to the Prayer List
If you would like to add a name to the prayer list, please complete the form below. Include the first name and last initial and the category (Sick, Troubled, or In Need; Mourning; Deceased; In Thanksgiving). The prayer list is purged the first Sunday of each month; if the need continues, please submit the name again at the beginning of next month.
