Include the first name and last initial and the category (Sick, Troubled, or In Need; Mourning; Deceased; In Thanksgiving). Include your name and e-mail address so we may contact you if needed. The prayer list is purged the first Sunday of each month; if the need continues, please submit the name again at the beginning of next month.
