We kick off our Lenten Sundays with the Great Litany followed by Ante-Communion with homily. Today’s homily is a modernization of “Humankind’s Distress and Condemnation to Eternal Death Because of Sin” from the 1st Book of Homilies, likely written by Archbishop Cranmer during the time of Edward VI. The modernization was done by the Reverend Kurt Hein, and the Reverend Jerrell Hein, and was used by permission.
